A government agency was seeking to develop a thoughtful and engaging learning module on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for one of its departments. We designed the training using a phased approach—initially developing an initial prototype on Power point and, then converting it into fully interactive e-learning modules using Storyline 360. The result is a powerful course that blends accessible language, interactive reflections, and inclusive storytelling to foster awareness and action.
