When a major airport needed to enhance its onboarding program with a clear, effective section on restricted and prohibited items, we stepped in to design a solution that combined clarity, compliance, and engagement. Using Storyline 360 for interactive scenario-based learning and Power Point for dynamic visual explanations, we created a course that helps new staff confidently identify, handle, and communicate about restricted items. The result? Stronger compliance, fewer errors, and faster onboarding.
